CELEBRITY #1. (JOURNAL) [01 Apr 2008|07:54am]

While I'm waiting for the coffee to brew, I decide to peruse his bookshelves: my favorite morning-after habit. )

CELEBRITY #2. (JOURNAL) [30 Mar 2008|06:46am]

I don't have very many pictures of him. It wasn't that kind of relationship. The aspects that kept us coming back to each other were mostly in-between the lines; the things we never talked about, the words we never said. )

CELEBRITY #3. (AIM) [26 Mar 2008|04:10am]

There was never really a pre-arranged schedule for days like this, just like the day before and the one before that (wake up/sun pouring in/virtually unbound to any responsibilities outside the house) and yet they always occupied themselves to the teeth with things to do within ten minutes of being awake and never seemed to find a moment to gather themselves a proper meal on time unless they made a game out of it. )

PB #1. (AIM) [25 Mar 2008|07:49am]

Dorian played by Rufus Wainwright.

The last couple of days Dorian could be found by the window with his eyes searching up and down the pavement for passers-by, seldom catching an eye and always offering a small hopeful smile that often came and went unmarked and almost always unreturned. )

PB #2. (AIM) [19 Mar 2008|02:13am]

Adrien played by Rufus Wainwright.

From YVR departures to the foot of his new door, the Hansel and Gretel bread crust pathway Adrien had left between then and now seemed to have been eaten quickly away. )

PB #3. (AIM) [14 Mar 2008|04:17am]

Vincent played by Adrien Brody.

Vincent himself was a bit of a crooked, twiggy tree of a man. The kind with leaves that could snap off at any second and twirl off dead to the floor. )

Lawrence played by Rupert Everett.

Folgers. An internationally acclaimed school and the best they could do was Folgers. )

PB #5 (JOURNAL) [11 Mar 2008|08:27pm]

Adrien played by Rufus Wainwright.

Perhaps one learns how to appreciate and how to be curious best by agreeing to stand beneath the dangling carrot, as it were, and jump until that carrot has become more than a simple reward, but something one has wondered about, something one has cared about, something one has put longing into so much that it's become grand. Perhaps the patience and the determination and the hope that one day that reward will come are what turn something simple into something incredible. )
